The 2007 Under 21 European Championships will be hosted by Holland and will be contested by 2 groups of 4 teams. The winner and runner up from each group go through to the semi-finals.
Group A: Holland, Israel, Portugal and Belgium.
Group B: England, Serbia, Italy and Czech Republic.

If England make it to the last four a play-off between the third placed teams from each group will be played on 21st June in Nijmegen at 20.45 to decide places for the 2008 Olympic football tournament.
